Through engaging sessions, participants explore their shared values, address issues of mutual concern, and develop collaborative solutions to improve their communities. Beyond fostering interfaith relationships, the cohort aims to equip women with the knowledge and skills necessary to become effective leaders and advocates for social change. The project is focused on achieving three goals: building sustainable relationships, normalizing common ground, and awakening the third side. All three can be achieved using an issue of common concern as the vehicle that circumvents the larger issue of social cohesion in Houston.
